Welcome to a bright, spacious two-story home designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Filled with natural light from large windows throughout, the home sits in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and offers multiple areas to gather, unwind, or enjoy personal space.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (All Upstairs) The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Daybed with two single beds, ideal for kids or flexible sleeping

Bedroom 2: Double bed with a dedicated desk, perfect for work or study

Bedroom 3: Double bed with desk and comfortable space for longer stays

Primary Suite: King bed plus an additional single bed, a cozy sitting area, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. The suite also features a small terrace overlooking the peaceful neighborhood, perfect for quiet mornings or evenings.

Moving to the bathrooms we have:

Two full bathrooms upstairs, one with a bathtub and the one with a standing shower (primary ensuite)

Lastly, the half bathroom downstairs for added convenience.

Living Rooms:

The home features two living rooms, both located downstairs. The first is a light-filled communal space without a TV, designed for relaxing, reading, or unwinding with a book from the bookshelf. This area also includes workout equipment, such as a Pilates machine and treadmill.

The second living room offers a more traditional family setup with a TV and spacious couch seating, ideal for movie nights and shared time together.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, silverware, and essential cooking items. Guests will also find coffee, sugar, and basic essentials. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

Backyard: Enjoy a fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and play.
The space includes:

A shaded lunch table seating 4 and a lounge area seating 4–5. We also have a section of artificial grass and a children’s play structure!

We offer strong Wi-Fi, Air conditioning and heating, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Street parking is available, including additional space in the cul-de-sac (driveway reserved for guesthouse behind the home)

Family-friendly layout (not baby-proofed), Resides in a quiet residential neighborhood and ideal for families, group stays, and longer visits.
